ah une magic board qui marche tout le temps
dés que ma 8 doug haunt rend l'ame j'ai trouvé sa digne remplaçante
une board qui tourne comme un short et qui part comme un long board
j'ai ce genre de board et elle marche tout le temps mou rapide petit velu tout lui convient
vraiment une board indispensable surtout pour les surfers confirmés un peu flemmards de ramer sur des shorts boards

I am considering this as the forst "real" surfboard for my wife. 55kg and 155cm. She can take-off in soft waves, thats it.
Is there a better board in the Gong-range? The Batmob seems to have to big volume, or?

The board will also be a complement to my 9' longboard for me (63kg, 179cm, beginner-intermediate). In bigger, more steep waves.

It this the right choice?

this is the perfect choice.

The other ones like Batmob or Acidolly would be nice to but the excess of volume would be good only for the first steps for a girl. After she will prefer a more narrow and low volume board. I remind you that the Mitch is still a big board compared to what you can find on the market for this program.

Ok, just like I thought!
The softboard she is using is actually narrower, just 20 3/4 wide, and to soft in the rocker since it lack a stringer. The Mitch will be a big leap forward in her surfing ability. And 21" makes the paddling very fast which is good for beginners.
Yes, I see that Mitch has more volume than most boards in this size. Unfortunately the surfing season is over for her, approximately 10 degreess the water now, so I will wait until 2014.
